EL PROYECTO
Nacido para promover la inclusión, el proyecto Inclusive Break tiene como objetivo hacer del receso escolar un espacio de aprendizaje común en el que apoyar la integración de todos. Especialmente debido a cualquier tipo de dificultades que los estudiantes puedan tener (discapacidades, menos oportunidades, inseguridades o dificultades para socializar), necesitan sentirse seguros, unidos, respetados y no juzgados en un sistema social fuerte como la escuela. En cambio, este último es a menudo lugar de estereotipos, episodios de acoso, etiquetas de grupo y divisiones.
A través del proyecto Inclusive Break, se espera mejorar la calidad del tiempo escolar, promoviendo la aceptación de los demás, prestando la debida atención a las necesidades de los alumnos, ayudándoles a sentirse integrados y sensibilizándolos sobre sus dificultades.
Con el fin de establecer esta espiral de inclusión en la escuela y en la vida, se creará un manual interactivo compuesto por una metodología pedagógica no formal, así como de actividades que promuevan la participación y la inclusión de todos los estudiantes. Llevará a los expertos a mejorar sus competencias y a aplicar el enfoque establecido.
El manual y todo el proceso del proyecto estarán respaldados por el objetivo de elevar los valores relacionados con la igualdad y la solidaridad, yendo, en su lugar, contra la exclusión y la intolerancia. Influirá no solo en el campo escolar, sino también en la sociedad.
OBJETIVOS
- Aumentar la transferibilidad de metodologías innovadoras y no formales mediante la elaboración de un manual interactivo;
- Crear prácticas innovadoras en el ámbito de la educación escolar mediante el desarrollo de una metodología de trabajo basada en la educación no formal y el desarrollo de actividades inclusivas para identificar, mejorar y evaluar competencias significativas para el desarrollo personal y social de los estudiantes;
- Fomentar la desaparición de estereotipos y comportamientos de intimidación entre los estudiantes;
- Desarrollo organizacional de 6 instituciones con diferentes experiencias culturales y organizativas.
ACTIVIDADES
- Investigar la metodología pedagógica innovadora y no formal;
- Elaboración de un manual inclusivo e interactivo;
- Desarrollo de actividades dinámicas;
- Experimentar la metodología con los estudiantes;
- Registro de recursos del proceso del proyecto;
- Difusión de la metodología.
RESULTADOS
Se elaborará un manual interactivo, que abarcará la metodología pedagógica, las actividades inclusivas, las herramientas audiovisuales y la plena accesibilidad para las personas con discapacidad. Se desarrollará a través de varias etapas, tales como:
- La investigación de los beneficios sociales, emocionales y físicos de la ruptura como espacio de aprendizaje;
- El diseño de la metodología;
- La fase de prueba del manual con los estudiantes;
- El registro de los recursos relacionados con las etapas del proyecto;
- La edición final del manual.
