IL PROGETTO

Nato per promuovere l’inclusione, il progetto Inclusive Break ha l’obiettivo di rendere l’intervallo scolastico uno spazio comune di apprendimento in cui supportare l’integrazione di tutti. Soprattutto per via di ogni tipo di difficoltà che gli studenti possono presentare (disabilità, minori opportunità, insicurezze o difficoltà a socializzare), hanno bisogno di sentirsi al sicuro, uniti, rispettati e non giudicati in un sistema sociale forte come la scuola. Invece, quest’ultima è spesso luogo di stereotipi, episodi di bullismo, etichette di gruppo e divisioni.

Tramite il progetto Inclusive Break, è previsto il miglioramento della qualità del tempo scolastico, promuovendo l’accettazione degli altri, ponendo la giusta attenzione ai bisogni degli studenti, aiutandoli a sentirsi integrati e aumentando la consapevolezza delle loro difficoltà.

Per stabilire questa spirale di inclusività a scuola e nella vita, sarà creato un manuale interattivo composto sia da una metodologia pedagogica non formale sia da attività volte e promuovere la partecipazione e l’inclusione di tutti gli studenti. Il manuale guiderà i professionisti ad aumentare le loro competenze e a mettere in atto l’approccio definito.

Il manuale e il processo di progetto saranno sostenuti dall’obiettivo di aumentare valori di uguaglianza e solidarietà, andando, invece, contro l’esclusione e l’intolleranza. Ciò influenzerà non solo l’ambiente scolastico, ma rifletterà anche sulla società stessa.

OBIETTIVI

  • Diffondere metodologie innovative e non formali tramite lo sviluppo di un manuale interattivo;
  • Creare pratiche innovative nel campo dell’educazione scolastica tramite lo sviluppo di una metodologia di lavoro basata sull’educazione non formale e sullo sviluppo di attività inclusive volte a identificare, valorizzare e valutare competenze significative per lo sviluppo personale e sociale degli studenti;
  • Promuovere la riduzione di comportamenti connessi al bullismo e agli stereotipi tra gli studenti;
  • Sviluppo organizzativo di 6 istituzioni con diverse esperienze culturali e organizzative.

ATTIVITA’

  • Ricerca della metodologia innovativa, pedagogica e non formale;
  • Sviluppo di un manuale interattivo ed inclusivo;
  • Sviluppo di attività dinamiche;
  • Sperimentazione della metodologia con studenti;
  • Registrazione di risorse audiovisive del processo del progetto;
  • Diffusione della metodologia.

RISULTATI

Sarà creato un manuale interattivo, comprensivo della metodologia pedagogica, attività inclusive, materiale audiovisivo e piena accessibilità per persone disabili. Il manuale verrà sviluppato attraverso diverse fasi del progetto, quali:

 

  • La ricerca sui benefici sociali, emotivi e fisico dell’intervallo come spazio di apprendimento;
  • La delineazione della metodologia;
  • La fase di test del manuale con gli studenti;
  • La registrazione di risorse audiovisive relative alle fasi dei progetti;
  • L’edizione finale del manuale.
